If you want to look and feel your most flippin’ fabulous then you need The Boudoir Book in your life. Run by photographer Kathy Cheung, The Boudoir Book is a photography studio specialising in wonderfully provocative pics. Following Kathy’s recommendation from Gok Wan no less, ladies have been flocking from all corners of these isles to be shot by the woman herself. Naturally, when 69 was offered the opportunity to review, I grabbed my best undies and jumped at the chance!
Boudoir Book clients are often brides to be snapping up a treat for their hubbies, but this all-female business is about making every woman feel special – lumps and bumps be damned, these are mistresses of mood-lighting (and airbrushing where needed) – so, girls of all ages, do this just to preserve your perfect self for posterity. It’s not about getting your kit off, it’s about feeling fantastic – in your best frock if that’s the way you’re most comfortable. Naturally I went the whole hog… but more of that in the next edition of 69! (out March 1st)
WIN!
Now it’s competition time! The BB girls are offering one 69 reader the chance to win a £300 voucher to redeem on the shoot of their choice – this could be a cheeky A4 calendar featuring 13 gorgeous pictures, or can be put towards a more sumptuous package. The competition will be put on the website on the 4th January, but you can get a headstart by emailing your details (name, tel number, email address) to competitions@69-247.com and clearly mark in the email subject “Boudoir Boutique Makeover” or it might get lost.
