Who needs skiing holidays in the Alps when you’ve got Tamworth?

Colliers Land Rover recently staged its own exclusive downhill skiing challenge for customers in the heart of the Midlands- how very kind of them!

With many snowsport fans heading off in search of white slopes, Colliers Land Rover accommodated around 400 guests at Tamworth’s Snowdome for a fun- filled evening of skiing. As well as this, there was also the chance to test out the capabilities of a Land Rover on an ice road skid control mat and it’s off road Terrapod experience.

Mark Cruxton, Dealer Principal at Colliers Land Rover, said: “Many of our customers are keen skiers and we wanted to give them an opportunity, not only to practice their turns on the slopes, but also assist with driving on the mountainous roads that many will encounter in the Alps or the Highlands this winter. We’re proud of Land Rover’s history in winter sports and are grateful to the Snowdome for helping us host such a great event.”

Not only did the lucky guests get the chance to tackle the Snowdome’s slopes, Land Rover also arranged the testing of the market’s latest ski equipment through Ellis Brigham. And on top of all that, they also provided guests with an alpine- themed buffet. Jealous? Us? Never.
